I didn't find many problems with this site other than they didn't have many samples or exmaples of music or audio. A globster web site has many possible uses for teachers of all subjects, but it is especially useful for English teachers. What's great about the site is that it's free, easy to use, and students can access and edit their Glogs from any computer with an internet connection. I really liked all the gadgets and decorations you could use for your page. It lets you express youself in ways that are fun and crazy. I like the feature that allows users to keep their Glogs private unless they send a visitor a link. It is like creating an online poster of yourself. This is good to use in the classroom because it allows students to find other students and get to know them. It also allows the teachers to find out different characteristics of their students. The ISTE standard I choice was standard 3, Excellence in Professional Practice. Educational Administrators promote an environment of professional learning and innovation that empowers educators to enhance student learning through the infusion of contemporary technologies and
digital resources. This standard is relating to children and what the learn in the classroom, whether it be technology wise or not, they can apply that information learned to the internet and to their globster. This is just a really good site for us to express ourselves in ways that we usually can't on a web page!
