There are four types of personalities, Guardian, Idealist, Rational, and the Artisans. I predicted myself to be an idealist because I am a caring person, I strive for excellent and love to teach children so they can reach their potential. If you know the type of personality you are, it can help you to focus on what is important. Without knowing your temperament it can lead your environment to uncomfortable problems. After taking the personality test, my results stated I was a Guardian, not an Idealist. Guardians are the cornerstone of society, for they are the temperament given to serving and preserving our most important social institutions. Guardians have natural talent in managing goods and services, from supervision to maintenance and supply; and they use all their skills to keep things running smoothly in their families, communities, schools, churches, hospitals, and businesses.
Guardians can have a lot of fun with their friends, but they are quite serious about their duties and responsibilities. Guardians take pride in being dependable and trustworthy; if there's a job to be done, they can be counted on to put their shoulder to the wheel.Guardians make up as much as 40 to 45 percent of the population. In any environment, including the work place, I am usually focused on making people happy and facilitating harmonious relationships. I often lend "aid and comfort" by drawing on a combination of tradition, past experience, and the direction of established authority. In my ideal job, people would give of themselves and work toward the good of the group.
I feel that I show all of these traits exactly. I do strive on getting something done, I am a very dependable person. People feel that they can come to me at any time they need to. At work I do my job and help my other team members to finish theirs in a timely manner. I think an Idealist or a Guardian would be great leaders in a classroom. They both are responsible yet reliable, they stick to their guns and get the task at time done and accomplished. I can see a child's potential and when they can succeed and soar to new levels and what they need to do to get there and I will put that effort into the classroom. I know my information, and what needs to be done.

Personality Profile
I am an Idealist. An idealists are enthusiastic, they trust their intuition, yearn for romance, seek their true self, prize meaningful relationships, and dream of attaining wisdom. Idealists pride themselves on being loving, kindhearted, and authentic. Idealists tend to be giving, trusting, spiritual, and they are focused on personal journeys and human potentials. Idealists make intense mates, nurturing parents, and inspirational leaders. They are passionately concerned with personal growth and development. Idealists strive to discover who they are and how they can become their best possible self, always this quest for self-knowledge and self-improvement drives their imagination. They believe that life is filled with possibilities waiting to be realized, rich with meanings calling out to be understood. They must be true to themselves and to others, and they can be quite hard on themselves when they are dishonest, or when they are false or insincere. I am terribly hard on myself, I work extremely hard in school just to receive an A, I go out of my way to make sure everything is done and up to par. I am president of my sorority, therefore I have a strong sense of authority and getting what needs to be done. I look over all my girls and make sure they are all succeeding in everything they do. My girls can trust me with anything they have going on in their lives. I take great pride in that any of them can call me at any time of the day and know I am there for them and would do absolutely anything for any of them. I don't feel there should be drama in anything, everything can be worked through. As an idealist, I break myself down as a "teacher". My major is Elementary Education, and I've worked in a daycare for 4 years now teaching anywhere from infants to 4 year old's. I can see when a child is doubting themselves, and feel like they can not finish the problem being put in front of them. Anyone can succeed at anything they do as long as they try and give it everything they can. I can see a child's potential, and I can see my own sorority sister's potential when they are in a bad situation and instead of doing something about it they just let it go, but deep down they could have really made a difference. I am very bubbly and voice my opinion to people with care and concern. The number one job for an idealist to have is to be a teacher, and that is exactly what I'm headed for!
Browser Wars
Browser wars is a metaphorical term that refers to competitions for dominance in usage share in the web browser marketplace.During the 1990's Netscape's Navigator got replaced by Microsoft's Internet Explorer as a dominant browser. From the 1990s to just lately, 4 different browsers have been created, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Opera. In my opinion, a "browser war" is the competition between browsers. They constantly try to out do each other, with different ways to offer their service. To add more features to their browser to make it easier for everyone to use, and coming out with new upgrades with better and better accessible features. For example, Netscape's browser war with Microsoft in the 1990's. Internet Explorer did everything they could to make their browser the bested offered. They came out with new logos to put Netscape away. The four most used browsers today are, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Google Chrome. The differences in how different web browsers parse and display web pages, which creates problems for web developers trying to make their web pages display consistently from one browser to another. To have the #1 web browser means you have to be consistent with your page and keep updating the features and fixing the odds and ends.
When my family first got a computer and have AOL, the dial up service. The service was horrible, very slow. The features weren't accessible at all. Then it switched to Internet Explorer, at first the browser didn't have much to offer. For example, now you can open as many tabs as you want and be on as many sites at you wanted at the same time, a few years ago that was not possible at all. Now I used Mozilla Firefox and have used it for awhile now and I don't have any problems with the browser at all, as of now.

Instructional Tech
I have never taken an online class before. This is my first. I've heard that instructional tech is a little difficult. Hopefully we can all work together!
